Who can use this feature?

Available on all plans

Your Totango activation team will connect your Unison data to your Catalyst instance. Once the integration is complete, the following account attributes will be available for any matching account records, depending on your configuration:

Unison Engagement Grade
Unison Relationship Grade
Unison Sentiment Grade
Unison Product Usage Grade
Unison Standard Health Score
Unison VoC Grade
