Who can use this feature?

Connections allow you to bring data into Unison from another source. A Zoom integration pulls your call activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts.
Add a Zoom connector
You must be a Zoom administrator to authorize your connection.
- In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Add a Connection.
- Locate the Zoom data source, and click Connect.
- Click Add Connection.
- Enter a name and description for the connection (e.g., Acme Zoom).
- Click Next: Authenticate.
- Sign into your Zoom account, and allow the Zoom OAuth application permissions.
The connection is established in the list of integrations.
Once connected, new call records may take up to 30 minutes appear in Unison.
Remove (deauthorize) the Zoom connector
Removing the Zoom connector will remove all related tokens.
- In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
- Click Integrations.
- Locate the Zoom data source. Click the Ellipses (...), and click Delete Connection.
- When prompted, click Delete Connector.
