Connect Chorus to Unison

Who can use this feature?

  • Available on all plans

Connections allow you to bring data into Unison from another source. A Chorus integration pulls your call activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts. 

Add a Chorus connector

You must be a Chorus administrator to generate an access token. 

  1. In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Integrations. 
  3. Click Add a Connection.
  4. Locate the Chorus data source, and click Connect.
  5. Enter a name and description for the connection (e.g., Acme Chorus). 
  6. Add the Token from Chorus (see documentation).
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Unison will attempt to validate the connection with Chorus. 

    You can now view call records in Unison.
