Connections allow you to bring data into Unison from another source. A Chorus integration pulls your call activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts.
Add a Chorus connector
You must be a Chorus administrator to generate an access token.
- In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Add a Connection.
- Locate the Chorus data source, and click Connect.
- Enter a name and description for the connection (e.g., Acme Chorus).
- Add the Token from Chorus (see documentation).
- Click Connect.
- Unison will attempt to validate the connection with Chorus.
You can now view call records in Unison.
