Connect Zendesk to Unison

Connections allow you to bring data into Unison from another source. A Zendesk integration pulls your support ticket activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts

Add a Zendesk connector

A Zendesk connection requires administrator rights in Zendesk. The connection asks for read only permissions to data.

  1. In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Click Add a Connection.
  4. Locate the Zendesk data source, and click Connect.
  5. In the prompt for a Zendesk administrator account, choose Yes.
  6. Click Next: Add Subdomain.
  7. Enter the subdomain for your Zendesk site, and click Next: Authenticate.
  8. Unison will attempt to validate the connection with Zendesk. 

    You can now configure your Zendesk integration job.

Configure a Zendesk integration job

A connected Zendesk integration pulls your tickets to be analyzed for your scored accounts. Any updates you make in Zendesk will automatically be updated here and reflected in your account scores.

  1. In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Integrations
  3. Click the connected Zendesk data source. 
  4. Review the connection settings.
  5. Click Save.

    The sync is scheduled to run every 30 minutes. Job history for each object is available for review and download. You can now view support ticket records in Unison.
