Connect Avoma to Unison

Who can use this feature?

  • Admins
  • Available on all plans

Connections allow you to bring data into Unison from another source. An Avoma integration pulls your call activity to be analyzed for your scored accounts.

Add an Avoma connector

You must have an Avoma API key to connect Avoma to Unison.

  1. In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Click Add a Connection.
  4. Locate the Avoma data source, and click Connect.
  5. Click on Add Connection, then click on Connect Avoma.
  6. Enter your API Key.
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Unison will attempt to validate the connection with Avoma.

    You can now view call records in Unison.
