The Surveys page allows you to view all NPS surveys related to your scored accounts. You can view surveys in list view or detail view.
Survey configuration is currently handled by the Unison team. Contact your representative to configure.
Surveys list view
See surveys in a tabular format; each row in the table represents a unique survey.
- Sort columns to change the order of data shown in the table
- Survey campaign
- NPS score (not sortable)
- # of Questions
- Total responses
- Hover over the campaign name to open the detail view
Summary statistics
The summary area displays aggregate values and change for the following:
- Total NPS surveys: Number of surveys for scored accounts
- Total survey responses: Number of responses for all surveys
- NPS last 30 days: NPS for the last 30 days for all surveys
Survey detail view
The Survey detail view displays information related to responses per survey.
- View responses per respondent:
- Respondent
- Account name
- Date (sortable)
- Score
- Hover over the respondent name to open the user detail view.
