View user records

Who can use this feature?

  • All users
  • Available on all plans

The Users page allows you to view all users related to your scored accounts. You can view users in list view or detail view.

Users list view

See users in a tabular format; each row in the table represents a unique record.

  • Use search to find a particular record
  • Use filters to narrow the results in the table
  • Sort columns to change the order of data shown in the table
    • Name
    • Email
    • Last engagement date
    • Account(s)
    • # Emails
    • # Calls
    • # Meetings
    • # Tickets
  • Hover over the user name to open the detail view

User detail view

The User detail view displays information related to a single user record. 

Attributes

See a summary of key information for the user:

  • Associated account(s)
  • Title
  • Email
  • Last engagement date
  • Last login
  • Source
  • See all attributes

User summary

View a current sentiment score (if any) and engagements within the last 90 days:

  • Emails
  • Meetings and calls
  • Voice of the Customer

Recent engagements

View related records for engagement (calls, emails, and ticket activity).
