View account records

Who can use this feature?

  • All users
  • Available on all plans

The Accounts page allows you to view all scored accounts. You can view accounts in list view or detail view.

Accounts list view

See accounts in a tabular format; each row in the table represents a unique record.

  • Use search to find a particular record
  • Edit/sort columns to change the data shown in the table
  • Hover over the account name to open the detail view

Summary statistics

The summary area displays aggregate values and change for the following:

  • Total: Number of accounts included in the data set
  • At-risk: Number of accounts with an at-risk status
  • Up for renewal: Number of accounts that have a renewal date within the account renewal window (default is 90 days)
  • At-risk up for renewal: Number of accounts that are up for renewal within and have an at-risk status

Change (increase/decrease) is calculated using a rolling time window (default is 30 days).

Account detail view

The Account detail view displays information related to a single account record.

Key info area

See a summary of key information for the account:

  • Risk status
  • Most recent key moments
  • Current revenue
  • Renewal date
  • Days since last engagement
  • Days until next scheduled engagement
  • Account owners (internal)
  • Key users (external)
  • More attributes

Account health scores and summary

The pulse health score determines how likely the account is at risk of churning. The score is comprised of the following:

For each score, view the following:

  • Negative (red)
  • At benchmark (yellow)
  • Above benchmark (green)
  • Change (increase/decrease): Calculated using the rolling time window 

View score breakdown

Within the pulse score tile, click View Score to view a further breakdown of score model, a grade of each element of the health score, viewed over time.

More details

View related records for the account. Use the search bar to search or filter records.

  • Key moments: Timeline of key moments related to the score's calculation
  • Engagements: Timeline of calls, emails, and ticket activity
  • Related users: List of related users on the account
  • Notifications & alerts: List of notifications on the account
