The AI Health Overview dashboard allows you to view a summary of all scored accounts with regard to their health.
Customer health breakdown
View a snapshot of health across all accounts.
Refer to AI Health Models to assess churn risk according to a standard or custom model.
1. Average health score
View the average health score of all scored accounts. The default score thresholds are as follows:
- Low Risk = 70 or higher
- Moderate Risk = 31-69
- At Risk = 30 or lower
Change (increase/decrease) is calculated using a rolling time window (default is 30 days).
2. % of customers at risk
Percent of scored accounts that have an at-risk status.
Change (increase/decrease) is calculated using a rolling time window (default is 30 days).
3. Customers with recent key moments
Number of customers with a notable engagement in sentiment (positive or negative) within the rolling time window (default is 30 days).
4. Customers by health score
View the number of accounts, per score band.
5. Notable recent score changes
View accounts with greatest score changes (positive or negative) in the rolling time window, or click to expand all recent score changes. Click an account name to view the account detail for more information.
At-risk revenue breakdown
View a snapshot of at-risk revenue across all accounts and accounts up for renewal.
Refer to Revenue Configuration to adjust revenue settings.
1. At-risk revenue breakdown
View total revenue at risk out of total revenue of scored accounts (dollar amount and donut chart).
- At risk accounts include those with a score in the at risk threshold or key moment override.
- Change (increase/decrease) is calculated using the rolling time window.
2. Current at-risk renewals
View total revenue at risk for current renewals out of all renewals (dollar amount and donut chart).
- Current renewals includes accounts that have a renewal date within the account renewal window (default is 90 days).
- All renewals includes accounts with a renewal date in the current fiscal year.
- Change (increase/decrease) is calculated using the rolling time window.
3. Revenue by health score
View the total revenue of all accounts, per score band.
4. Highest revenue at-risk customers
View at-risk accounts with highest revenue, or click to expand all at-risk customers. Click an account name to view the account detail for more information.
Customer health trends
View number of accounts and associated revenue for comparison.
1. Quarter comparison
Number of accounts that moved between health thresholds in the last 12 months.
2. New at-risk
Number and associated revenue of newly at-risk customers in the last 12 months.
3. Recovered from at-risk
Number and associated revenue of customers who moved from at-risk to moderate or low risk in the last 12 months.
4. Maintained good health
Number and associated revenue of customers who maintained a low risk status in the last 12 months.
5. Net change in average health score
Number of points (positive or negative) the average health score changed by, in the last 12 months.
Customer breakdown
View a list of customers who are at risk or up for renewa. Use search and filters to narrow the account scope in the table. Click an account name to view the account detail for more information.
