Configure customer settings

Who can use this feature?

  • Admins
  • Available on all plans

Customer configuration allows you to set the active customer definition and revenue options.

  1. In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Customer Configuration
  3. Set your active customer definition:
    • Active customer field: The field used to determine active customers in your data source (e.g., Status)
    • Active values: From the field chosen above, which values represents accounts that are active  (e.g., Active, Trial)
    • Churn values: From the field chosen above, which values represents accounts that are churned (e.g., Churned, Inactive)
  4. Set your revenue options:
    • Set of fiscal year: The month for your fiscal year start
    • Revenue field mappings: If not already specified, choose the integration source and source field for the following attributes: 
      • Total revenue account attribute
      • Account renewal date attribute
      • Account churn date attribute
    • Account renewal window: Set your account renewal window (e.g., 90 days)
  5. Click Save Changes.
