Who can use this feature?

On-Demand Intelligence (ODI) uses your customer data to provide a conversational, Q&A-style experience. You ask questions or give prompts, and it generates informative responses, explanations, or content in real time. 

Each on-demand query is referred to as a conversation. Conversations require token allocation.
