Who can use this feature?
- Admins
- Available on all plans
View current members or invite new team members to join your Unison account. You can also edit and remove team members from this screen.
Add a team member
- In Unison, click the profile icon in the upper right corner, and click Manage Team.
- Click Add Team Member.
- In the Add Team Member window, enter the following:
- Name
- Title
- When finished, click Send Invite.
The team member will receive an email to finish setting up their profile. Pending invitations are listed in a separate tab.
Currently, all invited users are given admin permissions.
Edit a team member
You can edit a member's name, email, or title.
- In Unison, click the profile icon in the upper right corner, and click Manage Team.
All current and mending team members in Unison are displayed in the list. You can search for team members or sort the list name, email, title, permissions, and membership date. - Click the Ellipses next to the team member you want to modify, and click Edit Team Member.
- Modify the user details, and click Save Changes.
