Adjust score thresholds

Who can use this feature?

  • Admins
  • Available on all plans

Score thresholds allow you to make adjustments to what health categories are associated with the standard score. Default thresholds are as follows:

  1. Upper = 70 or higher (low risk / healthy)
  2. Lower = 30 or lower (at risk / low health)

Accounts with scores that fall between thresholds are denoted as moderate risk / moderate health.

See Score Value Management to change the display values to use for each of these thresholds (e.g., at-risk, moderate health, health).

  1. In Unison, click Settings from the left nav.
  2. Click Score Thresholds
  3. Adjust the Lower and/or Upper value as desired.
  4. Review the preview for the new score distribution. This preview shows the distribution of accounts affected by the change in two areas:
    • Top chart: View distribution of all accounts
    • Donut charts per tier: View distribution of all accounts and each tier of accounts.
  5. Click Save Changes.
Wherever the scores are denoted throughout Unison, the color(s) and corresponding label(s) are reflected accordingly, per affected account.
